Veterinary Fees: will be the responsibility of the owner. All horses coming to this facility should be
wormed and vaccinated with a 5 way and any other optional shots prior to coming.
Farrier Fees: will be the sole responsibility of the owner and billed monthly unless pre paid
Commissions: 10% for sale of horse.. or use of my barn to show horse Insurance: It is the owner's responsibility to have insurance on their horse of their choice and we
will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or death of the animal.
Invoices are payable upon receipt.
Each months training fee should be paid for in advance and other fees as soon as the invoice is received.
